Laboratory Tests
Most health plans require that lab work be done at a contracted facility. While we are happy to assist, it is important that you check your plan to ensure you're using the correct facility. If you're unsure which facility is in-network, please contact your member service representative. Using an out-of-network facility may result in higher costs.
Test results will be available on the Patient Portal within one week. If there are significant findings, a physician or nurse will contact you with instructions. Results within normal limits will not be reported directly, but you are welcome to discuss them with your physician at your next appointment.
